Dana fowle: Investigative reporter for Fox News
Dana Fowle joined FOX 5 Atlanta as a general assignment reporter in 1995, and later joined the FOX 5 I-Team as the I-Team Consumer Reporter. Fowle followed, and still followers, many different cases. Her investigation into Georgia's child welfare system helped to change the states childcare laws. She also helped lead to the re-organization of top management at the Department of Family and Children's services after looking into a case about a young boy being starved and tortured. Dana used to be a reporter for WMAQ-TV before coming to FOX 5, and she also used to anchor and report at several other news channels.
Fowle has received many awards for her journalism, such as Emmy awards. She covered stories after the 9/11 attacks live from "Ground Zero" and helped to file reports from a military re-fueling plane during the US bombing of Yugoslavia. She is now a consumer investigator with FOX 5 and helps stop con men who have stolen thousands of dollars from innocent people. She won an Associated Press Award for being the Best Investigative Reporter after she caught a local modeling agent who was scamming models and actors.
Dana covers many cases which she takes all very seriously. She always looks into the case with extreme detail to make sure she knows exactly what is going on and that she reports back accurately.
